Subscription Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the JustFix Subscription service ("Service") offered by JustFix ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms are applicable only when you have signed an agreement for a JustFix Subscription, they do not apply to registering your interest in a future subscription on our website (www.justfix.app.)you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register for, or use the Service.
Definitions
- Beta Service: The pre-launch version of the JustFix Subscription product provided to early adopters on a trial basis, for testing purposes only.
- Subscription: The recurring service that includes access to a range of home maintenance and repair fixes as detailed on our landing page.
- Early Subscribers: Customers who register during the Beta period 1st February 2025 - 30th April 2025 and receive promotional incentives (e.g. waiver of the £50 set-up fee).
- Fixes: Individual repair or maintenance services included in your subscription.
- Material Modifications: Significant changes that alter the features, performance, or value of the service.
Eligibility
Available only to residents in London and the Home Counties aged 18+.
Offer and Service Provision
The Beta Service is provided "as is." We may modify or withdraw it at any time. Early Subscribers benefit from a waived £50 set-up fee.
Subscription, Payment, and Fixes
Your subscription is linked to you as a member, not just a single property. Please note, that we can only provide Fixes in areas where JustFix operates. If you move home within our service area, your subscription moves with you. If you move home outside our service area, we will not be able to transfer your subscription to your new address and your subscription will need to be cancelled in line with our cancellation terms. A new Home Health Check must be completed at your new property. For multiple properties (such as rental homes), you can set up a bespoke multi-property subscription through our customer service team. This includes a combined Multi-Property Health Check.
Annual Commitment: 12-month subscription with monthly payments or a discounted upfront payment, which provides a 10% discount off the total annual fee.
Fixes Usage: Must be used within the subscription period. No rollover.
Additional Fixes: Available for purchase (£10 per fix, per month).
Usage Accountability: If you cancel your subscription and have used more Fixes than your payments have covered, any outstanding balance will be billed as part of your final payment. If you cancel and have unused Fixes, these will expire at the end of your subscription period and no refund will be provided for unused Fixes.
Cancellation, Termination, and Transition
Cancellation requires one month’s written notice. Upon full launch, Beta members will transfer to the final service, retaining Early Subscriber benefits until further notice.
User Obligations
Provide accurate information and keep account details secure.
Feedback and Data
By using the Beta Service, you may be required to provide feedback, which we may use without obligation. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Provided "as is." Our total liability is capped at amounts paid in the three months before a claim.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes unresolved through good faith negotiations will be settled via LCIA arbitration.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of these Terms.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce any part does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
