Ratings

In the near the future you will be able to rate the customer and they will be able to rate you too. These will form a part of your profile

Recalls / Unfinished Fixes

If we get a call back for a Fix that appears as though it should have been resolved on the first visit, we expect you to return and put it right within a reasonable time frame. If you are unavailable to resolve this or unable to return, we will contra charge the cost incurred.

If you discover that the Fix is unrelated to the original request, please explain this to the customer, speak to Simon immediately and we will ascertain if an additional charge is appropriate. If so, we will charge the customer for the visit and the Fixer can invoice for their additional time & materials.

Getting Paid

Payment Runs

Payment runs will take place on the 15th and last working day of the month. 

NB: The cut off for inclusion in that run is 5pm the day before.
