Customer Workmanship Guarantee

Details of our Guarantee.

Scope of the Guarantee

Coverage: This guarantee covers the workmanship of all jobs completed by JustFix tradespeople. It is valid for a period of 12 months from the date the work is completed.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover parts or materials. It also does not cover any pre-existing conditions or subsequent damage not related to the original workmanship.

Making a Request on the Guarantee

To make a request under this guarantee, please follow these steps:

1. Please send an email to support@justfix.app with the subject line "Workmanship Guarantee Request".

2. In your email, please provide the following information:

- Your name and contact information.

- Details of the original job, including the job reference number, and a copy of your guarantee email.

- The date the original job was completed.

- A detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible. If your request is valid, we will arrange for a JustFix tradesperson to rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.

What is Covered?

Repairs or corrections to the workmanship of the original job are covered.

As are, any issues directly resulting from the workmanship performed by JustFix tradespeople.

What is Not Covered?

Parts or materials are not covered in this guarantee.

Neither is damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised alterations.

Any pre-existing issues or damage unrelated to the original job are not covered, nor is general wear and tear or routine maintenance.

Legal Jurisdiction

This guarantee is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By accepting this guarantee, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in the event of any dispute.
